The consultation form collects your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, number of songs, genre, requested services, desired timing, and any optional project notes or budget information you choose to provide. The contact form collects your name, email address, and message.

After a consultation, we may also receive audio files, reference songs, lyrics, artwork, project instructions, and other materials you send through email or a separate file-transfer service. If you proceed with a project, we may collect quote details, billing records, transaction status and identifiers, revision notes, support messages, and delivery information. Complete payment-card details are collected by the payment provider and are not stored directly by SapaMix.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the website, SapaMix and its providers may automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, dates and approximate times, referring pages, advertising or analytics identifiers, error and security logs, and interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and session-replay data.

The website currently uses Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, and Microsoft Clarity. These services may use cookies or similar technologies to provide analytics, advertising measurement, security, and information about how visitors use the website.

4. How We Use Information

We do not use private customer recordings to train artificial-intelligence models.

• Process and document payments, refunds, accounting, taxes, and disputes.

We may disclose only the information reasonably necessary to independent audio engineers or other contractors assigned to evaluate or complete your project. They may receive your project details, contact information when needed for the assignment, audio files, reference songs, instructions, and related communications.

We also use service providers for website hosting, databases, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, payment processing, communications, and file transfer or storage. These currently include services provided by Supabase, Resend, Google, Microsoft, our website host, and any payment or file-transfer provider identified when you use it. We may also disclose information when required by law; to protect rights, safety, and security; to investigate fraud or abuse; or as part of a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of the business subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising technology may involve disclosure of online identifiers that certain privacy laws define as targeted advertising, sharing, or a sale. You may contact us about available privacy choices.

6. Customer Audio and Promotional Use

Private audio files and finished work are used to evaluate or provide the Services and are not publicly posted, used in portfolios, or used in advertising without your separate permission. You should keep independent backups of all original and delivered files because SapaMix is not a permanent storage service.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle consultations, provide Services, maintain business and tax records, support customers, prevent fraud, protect legal rights, and resolve disputes. The retention period depends on the type of information and why it was collected. Audio-file availability may also depend on the separate file-transfer provider and any instructions we give you. Information may remain in restricted backups or records when reasonably required by law, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs.

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect website functions or the accuracy of analytics.
